Prior to founding ENV Care at Home, he held executive leadership roles within private equity-backed healthcare organizations, helping drive growth through acquisitions and operational excellence. Donald is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Lindsay Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on healthcare and real estate investments. His passion for building exceptional organizations and improving lives inspired the creation of ENV Care at Home, where compassion, integrity, and service are at the heart of everything the company does. Donald earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida and holds both a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Accounting. He also serves on the University of Miami Citizens Board, supporting the University's mission and strategic growth. With more than 13 years of healthcare experience, Kindlee is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner whose career has included primary care, internal medicine, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and home health. Her diverse clinical background provides valuable insight into the needs of older adults and their families, while her leadership helps ensure every client receives exceptional service with dignity, respect, and compassion. Kindlee earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
